Anouk van Kasteren, presenting the CHI 2026 Poster in Barcelona, Spain

Today, Anouk van Kasteren presented our CHI 2026 poster ‘Now What?’ Modelling Route Choices for Personalised Context-aware Decision Support During Public Transport Disruptions in Barcelona, Spain.

This work investigates how context influences travelers’ route choices when services fail and explores how decision-support systems can better assist travelers in these situations.

Also, stay tuned for our follow-up study that will be published at UMAP 2026 later this year.
