Keynote

I feel very honored to give a keynote address at ISMIR 2023. I will address the multifaceted needs of stakeholders who rely on the technologies revolving around music information retrieval (MIR). In particular, I will zoom in examples from music recommender systems and demonstrate the potential risks of neglecting artists’ needs—and provide strategies for mitigation.

I am looking forward to giving a keynote at the Women in RecSys 2023 Keynote Series next Wednesday (30 August 2023). It will take place online (via Zoom) and everyone is welcome to attend.
